Waitlist Payment Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 26, 2025

Waitlist Payment. A payment of $200 is required to secure a spot for your vehicle on Nice’s waitlist (“Waitlist Payment”) for potential future services.  If you choose to enter into a service contract when offered, the Waitlist Payment will be applied towards the final payment for service if and when your vehicle’s conversion is completed.  

Refund. If your vehicle is not accepted for conversion within 18 months of the date we receive your Waitlist Payment, we will refund the Waitlist Payment, unless you let us know that you want to remain on the waitlist. You can remove your vehicle from the waitlist and receive a refund of your Waitlist Payment at any time before you and Nice enter into a service contract by sending an email request to operations@nice.car.

No Guarantee. A Waitlist Payment does not obligate Nice to provide any services to you.  We may not yet have a process for converting your make and model vehicle or we may determine that your car is not a good candidate for conversion, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.  Services will only be provided under the terms of a binding service contract, which will outline the specific terms and conditions, including scope of services, fees, and obligations of both parties.

Delay Acknowledgment and Limitations on Timeline. Due to the evolving nature of EV conversion technology, production timelines and waitlist estimates may be subject to delays beyond initial projections. While the Company strives to provide accurate estimates, unforeseen factors, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, or technological advancements, may extend the anticipated schedule. By submitting a refundable deposit, you acknowledge that the Company cannot guarantee specific delivery or completion dates and shall not be held liable for any delays beyond its reasonable control.

Acknowledgement. By proceeding with the Waitlist Payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
